General Description and features

The 2010 Jeanneau 50 Deck Salon stands as one of Jeanneau's crowning achievements.

Fifty feet of pure sailing machine wrapped in a luxury package of safety, style and comfort.

Philippe Briand designed the 50 Deck Salon or DS incorporates everything that makes a Jeanneau such a special sail boat. Generous hull form allows for a lot of room onboard and makes for a powerful boat moving through the water.

This 50 DS benefits from an owner who spared no expense on his boat. She is fresh water and CANADIAN landed so DUTY IS PAID. She is the shoal draft owners aft cabin version with in mast furling and furling genoa. She has power Harken winches (1 coachroof and 2 primaries), she has a dodger, bimini and full enclosure, factory cockpit cushions, upgraded Raymarine electronics and all new AGM batteries. Factory installed generator, inverter, custom two cabin forward layout with removable bunk beds and removable centre bulkhead to make one large cabin, powerful stainless steel anchor system, dock water connection in the bow and at the stern, custom wine fridge, 3 blade bronze FLEX O FOLD folding propeller, large forward storage locker that is just waiting to be customized and much more.

She is currently undergoing a complete transmission overall at our Sackets Harbor facility and will have a new transmission, throttle, cable system and sail drive unit for spring 2019.

Teak decks, a teak cockpit table that is nicely varnished and teak cockpit floor make this a beautiful cruising boat that looks great and feels great under foot.

She has always been fresh water and lightly used.

The interior of the 2010 Jeanneau 50DS is amazing. Huge and bright and nicely done in soft varnished teak.

The interior has been upgraded from the standard off white vinyl cushions to a rich chocolate brown real Leather interior.

Famous for great head room and loads of natural light the 50 DS makes for a great space.

The galley features a three burner stainless steel stove and oven that is gimballed

A large front and top loading fridge with different levels and shelves as well as a freezer. A second large top loading freezer is also provided to give lots of cold storage.

A stainless steel microwave, a double sink and lots of corian counter space and storage space makes for a great sea going galley.

The main salon features a forward facing nav station and large cabinet with a custom built in wine cooler and plenty of storage and a large settee to port. The beautiful teak salon table is to starboard. Forward are two cabins with their own heads and showers and on this boat custom bunk beds giving lots of sleeping options. Then bunk beds can easily be removed.
